How to Measure

Draw a straight line longer than your foot on a piece of paper.

Place the paper on a flat surface. Stand on the line with your heel and longest toe centered.

Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel on the paper.

Repeat for the other foot.

Measure the distance between the marks. Use the larger measurement and match it to the chart above.
Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for the comfiest fit, especially with thick socks. If you prefer a snug fit, go with your usual size.

How long will my order take to deliver? +
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Typical delivery time to U.S. addresses is 14 days. Please note that some products in high demand will need an additional production time of 5–10 days. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding!
Do you ship on weekends or holidays? +
Our fulfillment center operates Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Where can I find my tracking number? +
Expect to receive a tracking number in the email used to order within 4 business days after your purchase. You can use this to track your order from the carrier's website!
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? +
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before it goes out.
Do you restock sold-out items? +
Most of our pieces are limited edition and won't be restocked once they're gone. We recommend grabbing your favorites while they're available — once they sell out, they may not return.
